- Hospital or pharmacy information looks outdated? Our data comes from OpenStreetMap, which is community-maintained. We can update major errors but recommend reporting issues through OpenStreetMap directly for permanent corrections.

We aim to respond to every message within 48 hours during business days (Monday through Friday). Bug reports and urgent issues get priority. Tool suggestions are reviewed monthly when we plan our development roadmap.
If you do not hear back within 5 business days, please email again. Sometimes legitimate messages end up in spam folders or our automated filters incorrectly flag emails.
Healthcare data corrections
If you notice incorrect information on our healthcare tools (Hospital, Pharmacy, Dentist), please email us with "Healthcare Data Correction" in the subject line. Include:
- The hospital or facility name
- The current incorrect information
- The correct information
- Source of the correct information (official website, recent visit, etc.)
Healthcare accuracy is important to us. We review these corrections within 72 hours.
